RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY
 

Foxpaws strives for the utmost quality and satisfaction for our customers.  If you receive a damaged or defective item or if we ship the wrong item, we will be happy to exchange it for you immediately. We will gladly ship your exchange upon receiving the returned pair, however shipping charges will apply.  Items purchased over 30 days prior are non-refundable. 

If you wish for a refund, we will refund your credit card (minus shipping cost) immediately after we receive the item.  You will be refunded in the form of the original payment.

If you wish to return or exchange any part of your order, please ship your item(s) back to us via your preferred shipping method along with a copy of your receipt and Return/Exchange Form to the following address:
